If you wish to exchange your purchases please contact us ASAP. Exchanges are accepted within 30days of purchase date. For all exchanged item(s) the customer is responsible for postage back to Original UGG Australia Pty Ltd. Once the exchange is approved the customer will cover the costs for the postage back, unless of course it’s a manufacturing fault in which we will cover the costs both ways.

All products must be in ‘as new’ condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. If your returned item(s) doesn't meet these standards they will be returned back to the customer at your own expense.

RETURNS /REFUNDS

 

If you wish to return your purchases please contact us ASAP. Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date (excluding shipping cost) All returned goods will be over seen at our warehouse. All products must be in ‘as new’ condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. If your returned item(s) doesn't meet these standards they will be returned back to the customer at your own expense.

• Standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch date

• Express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days from dispatch date
